DoD Root Certs and various other types meta-data are "installed" on laptops when used by DoD holders of DoD Common Access Cards. Hunter Biden was a commissioned officer in the Navy for a short-time, so he undoubtably had a CAC card. He may have used his laptop at some point to check DoD email. This would leave Root Certs on your machine. They are not classified.
