The expression “crossing the Rubicon” refers to the actions of Julius Caesar in crossing the Rubicon River and marching on Rome. Roman armies were forbidden to do so. The rule was very practical. The Romans understood the danger of allowing a large armed force to march on the capital city. To allow this might spell the end of the republic. Best that popular conquering generals and their armies stay a safe distance away and respect the democratic institutions at the heart of Roman democracy.
If you watched the testimony of the FBI’s Deputy Director for Counterintelligence, Ms Suzanne Turner, before the Homeland Security Committee (and I strongly urge you to see it) you will see the utter contempt she has for Rep Dan Bishop and for Congress itself. She knows that Congress is unable to fire her or punish her in any way and her belligerently smug attitude is clear in her expression and body language. Congressman Bishop virtually admitted being helpless before the FBI’s power when he said to Ms Turner, “that sounds almost contemptuous,” when she offered to take his question back to her Division. It WAS contemptuous. They both knew that nothing would ever come of it. Bishop then added comments like “that’s astonishing” and “I’m without words” as further admissions of his powerless position. Turner is a representative of the new Praetorian Guard, the FBI. It is that part of the Deep State that breaks candidates for president of the United States it doesn’t want, and covers up crimes of people they do want, like president Biden and Hillary Clinton. So, Turner can be just as arrogant as she pleases. After all, was Comey punished in any way? Was Strzok? We MUST concern ourselves with caging the FBI, the enforcers of the so-called Department of Justice, before armed men in black take us from our beds at midnight, or shoot us on Ruby Ridge, or shoot us in the back on a snowy road in Oregon. Or has that already happened?
Let us not forget the FBI and Anthony Weiner's laptop.
Nor, Travelgate and Hillary Clinton getting the FBI background files (on just about everybody?).
The FBI (and CIA) should have been, and should be, gravely concerned and have worked zealously to counter the CCP influence of the Bidens and others. Instead, they cover it up. One does not have to be Sherlock Holmes to thus conclude that they are also now compromised by / work for the CCP.
Meanwhile, those who question the 2020 election results are tinfoil-hat wearing "conspiracy theorists." Right.
Being a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles I am trying to equate our current condition to a lesson in the Bible. I am at a loss. All I can come up with is we are about to experience a diaspora as the Hebrews did, two thousand years of wandering is ahead of us. We have abandoned the foundation that was to guide and preserve us, and are about to suffer the consequence. My prayer now is Jesus will call for His bride.
Hi. It has been about 4 months since I’ve written anything. Things haven’t changed much, I am still under surveillance but I think the surveillance has moved from the cops to the FBI now. I can’t be sure because I haven’t been approached by anyone but I think the FBI is now watching me because I believe they are using more sophisticated technology. There could be a case made that they have been the ones watching me the whole time.
I am writing this post/story today because they made things rough for me this weekend.
