Why are the crimes espionage and treason not capitol crimes? Their effects amount to mass murder of thousands or millions of Americans. Most of all, I hate the most, these crimes committed by members of out military, our public agency employees, and employees of American companies. Further, current and past crimes of this nature should be included with laws backdating past crimes. I say make trials quick with short periods for appeal. Appeal shall be one time.
