Definitely it is espionage…I don’t believe he was just careless. China was his main beneficiary.

Although the Democrats are whining that this special counsel report was offensive to the president, I see their brilliant strategy through the noise. So long as they whine we will think they were actually worried that he would have been charged. Of course that was never going to happen and they knew it but this whining ploy was to distract us, make us think we actually had Biden on the ropes.

None of these surprises me. And why do you believe this has come to light? Nothing is random, nothing is by mistake. There's a purpose this was 'allowed' to come to the public light. I believe it's a sign, a purposed act, designed to prove that it's too late to correct anything done against the nation.

Treason is the new norm. It's virtue signaling to the global power players that the fix is in, the game is over, the enemies of the USA have indeed taken the highest offices of the government from within. It's a clear sign, a clear proof, that nothing can be done to correct what has been done.

And if in the future it seems as if something will be done, it's only part of the ruse on the American People, designed to keep them believing a lie, which is they still are relevant, when in fact they are just being distracted by a false hope, while the final nails in the coffin of the USA are pounded into place.

If Providence is with us, and President Trump obtains his second victory for a second term, purging the "elite capture" throughout our country needs to be a "Job 1."

This includes what may be President Trump's most important move - appointing a competent, ethical and zealous Attorney General. Time won't permit purging the DOJ (or other agencies) after 15 years of Obama "personnel is policy" "fundamental transformation" of the federal apparatus.

Trevor Loudon has proposed creating something like "the Untouchables" to target foreign influence / espionage.

Relatedly, I believe that (new) specialized "Treason Courts" be established, staffed with vetted people. NOT to bypass Constitutional protections, but to adhere to them WHILE diligently enforcing the law(s) related to espionage and treason.

These would go a long way toward bypassing the subversion and subterfuge that would surely come by using the existing personnel of the DOJ and federal judiciary.

Folks (e.g., Chris Wray) convicted for treason - with appropriate penalties - would be cathartic for our country, and go a long way toward reigning-in the bureaucracy. Even just some folks losing their federal pensions due to "dishonorable service" would go a long way.

Tom, Loss of federal pension by way of the death penalty. The damage that has been done to this once great nation is catastrophic. Government has been infiltrated at all levels by people that hate America and what we [once] stood for. The battle is now at the spiritual level and seemingly no one in a position of authority will acknowledge that fact. I fight on my feet by day and fight on my knees at night.

S.P.H. - understood. FWIW, in my Substack a while back I wrote proposing "Treason Courts," and the associated photo was of a firing squad. Many will deserve that for what they've done in recent years.

Others may have been blackmailed, coerced, weak or even unwitting dupes. There will be a bell-curve of knowledge and culpability. For those on the lower end, loss of pension may be a just punishment. Similarly, perhaps pension loss instead of a more severe penalty for those who "flip" and testify against the more culpable higher-up that food chain.
