Who's the judge? Sounds like someone ought to be digging into him.

>>To put this in context, let’s imagine that a drug dealer facing criminal charges filed a lawsuit in civil court to make the cops provide the name of a source inside his organization. Would anyone think for a moment that would be a reasonable request? Would anyone have any doubt as to the fate of the informant if he was identified?

Exactly.

Several thoughts come to mind:

1) Recall that True the Vote has also stated that they first turned this info over the FBI. The Michigan office of same was interested, and they were working cooperatively. Then FBI D.C. got wind of it, killed the investigation and started to look at prosecuting Phillips / Englebrecht instead. Apparently a Michigan FBI guy (white hat?) told them they'd have to "go nuclear" (public) with the info. They did at "The Pit." FBI HQ can't be happy about this.

2) There are such things as "friendly" lawsuits, filed to provide cover / pretext for another agenda. I've long suspected that the Dominion lawsuits against, e.g., Fox / NewsMax were for this purpose. It gave those news outlets a pretext for shutting down coverage of the 2020 election steal (coup). In Fox's case, at least, I suspect that it was all a wink-and-nod with Dominion, as I believe that Fox was at least a sympathetic party to the steal, if not one of its executioners.

3) With that in mind, could this Konnech suit be a "friendly" suit between it and the FBI, intending to shut down True the Vote's further disclosures about Konnech and the CCP connections ... the FBI appears to be anxious to protect the CCP. (Recall DNI Ratcliff's report stating that the intelligence community delayed release over NOT disclosing the full extent of CCP interference with the 2020 elections.)

4) The timing doesn't pass the smell test. The judge may jail Phillips / Englebrecht a week before the midterm elections ... hobbling True the Vote's efforts during same.

5) If the "only" investigation of Konnech is the one in LA, it's likely to be slow-walked and buried to protect the CCP. It'll be covered up under the usual "ongoing investigation" excuse. Recall that the DA there is a SOROS DA.

P.S. Isn't Konnech wanting the identity of the whistleblower a tacit admission that there is merit to True the Votes' allegations?

How could it be anything but? I’m not certain what the next step is here, but everyone from the judge to the FBI, and anyone else involved in trying to defect from the truth, and attempting to criminalize Katherine and Greg, and expose the heroic informant need to be investigated immediately. Problem being, who in authority does the investigation if all are complicit in the coverup of the biggest data breach in US History, as it is purported to be?

Th reactions of our judicial and justice systems grows more rogue every day. How could anyone conceivably think this was right? There would be no reason to make such a threat if they weren’t scared to death that they are about to be exposed. Thieve hit a major nerve. Prayers for Katherine and Greg.
