We Still Haven't Fixed CIA
The administration has trotted out a new counterterrorism strategy. It is a welcome change. Unfortunately, it begs the question. Do we have the capacity to acquire the intelligence this strategy requires?

Just like the FBI, we are stuck with the tens of thousands of the same agents tracking down and harassing J sixers multiple times.
The super bloat of both agencies is still there and the culture is just biding its time until the speed bump is gone and it's business as usual.
Excellent interview as usual with Sam.
But...we are stuck with Ratcliffe at CIA.
Bottom line, he is a lawyer by trade riding herd on an agency that should most likely not be run by a lawyer.
We haven't seen any mass purges at CIA and we won't. That dog ain't gonna hunt.
Some of these cabinet personnel choices are head scratchers, and the clock is ticking on the window of opportunity for meaningful reforms.
